In short, the answer is no ... the reason for this is because you are not supposed to add filters that use AE cameras and lights to a 3D layer in AE. You can of course ignore the warning message from AE and use the BCC 3D Objects category of filters on 3D layers but you will not be satisfied with the result as AE will flatten the layer, thereby preventing the filter from working in a 3D environment.
