this is an excellent tutorial. Perfect presentation and a lot of impressing little tricks for AE. I really like the hint on using the turbulent displacement in combination with fractal noise - It gives it so much more detail and depth.
The only thing I wished you could be a little more detailed was on setting up the angles on the vanishingpoint tool inside PS. Sometimes it is necessary to set up some planes where you have to estimate the angle and length of the geometry (like the roof in your example). I always run into problems by setting up this "imagined" planes - although they should be 90° most of the time and easy to set up - I am obviously doing something wrong.
