In this video tutorial, Creative Cow leader Andrew Kramer demonstrates how to create a light saber in Adobe After Effects -- surprisingly enough, something that is still being asked about.

i dont understand something. is there a way that when the camera angle changes the lightsaber blade does not get all messed up when u move it to fit on the lighsaber. because when i did that, the previous shot at the end the lightsaber animates and moves to fit the next shot. idk if thats descriptive enough.

This is amazing. It made my work much much faster.
however, whenever the lightsaber goes out of view (behind the body or an object), is there a clean and efficient way to make the lightsaber go out of view? thanks.
