Did not know if you knew about this script or not but it does speed up roto with just a few track points.

Trackeer to mask by Mathias Mohl check it out if you have not already.

Pete has a Creative COW DVD on rotoscoping that is more current and extensive than this somewhat old tutorial.

this looks real good but i have another question since i'm new to "after effects" i just want to make a simple logo maybe in 3d that spins around constantly can you tell me where do i begin ?
