Expression with Checkbox control
by Roger Eaton on Oct 12, 2009
Chad,
Since the checkbox control returns a 1 or a 0, why not use an expression of thisComp.layer("Null 1").effect("Checkbox Control")("Checkbox")*100 for the opacity. Then, when the checkbox is off, 0*100=0, and on...1*100=100. For the inverse, you could just do 100-thisComp.layer("Null 1").effect("Checkbox Control")("Checkbox")*100, so when the checkbox it off, 100-0*100=100, and on...100-1*100=0.
