Thanks for this tutorial. I was struggling with a concept for a "Big Sale" event for a client and this tutorial brought it all around. I incorporated the effect into a concept pitch and sold it through. I'm shooting the Jumbotron layer tonight!

just fewer wiggles in the same space of time. 1 wiggle every 2 seconds maybe. Have to check. but retty much fewer wiggles.
Also used a wiggle for rotation - maximum of 1.5 degrees.

how did u make ur wiggle to look so soft?
did u use easy ease keyframes?
