For some reason I can't find that affect "cc rain" in my effects menu for Adobe AE 8. Its a demo, could that be the reason? | | | | |
| | | | I make a few suggestions in the tutorial about plug-ins you can get for C4D. Alone, you won't get much in the way of realistic trees, so look into those.

Hello Aharon,
You keep me glued to these tutorials... it's great! I have a question for you though. I came back to this tutorial because I need to figure out how to make some 3d animated trees for my film. If you have a minute, check out http://freakdaddyproductions.com/videos/Scenes_01-15_for_susan.mp4
from about 1.47 to 3.07 you'll see the area where I need animated trees to help sell this effect. I'm not asking for a tutorial, just a point n the right direction. I have Cinema 4d, but I'm not a pro..... Any suggestions would be great... thanks.

Hey Aaron, I must say I truly love and need this series that you started. I can't wait for the lightning! I am working on a project of mine where I need good lightning flashes and bolts. I have been using the wiggle expression linked to some lights in AE to try to produce realistic lightning flashes. I'd like to see how you go about accomplishing this. If you could, go to www.myspace.com/freakdaddyproductions and view my first video entitled Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell-Tale Heart the trailer. It's a short film I'm working on based on the story. Let me know what you think, cuz it's truly taking me forever to finish. I shot the whole thing on green screen. Keep up the great videos!
