in response to an earlier comment, the way you add an alpha channel to the video file is very simple.
once you have your comp in the render que, click on the output module. the default is "lossless."
under the video options, set the depth to "millions of colors+"
this will preserve the alpha channel.
Hi Eran , It's very nice effect that you've created , previously i was trying to achieve predator effect in Shake by using Displacement node but it was not showing details now by watching your tute i got an idea for adding detail in my composition ,,thanks a lot!!

Regarding Fantastic 4, I don't know if they used AE, but the principles are the same with any effects software.
