I want to know that how it useful especially in design? I want to know because I am using many software's of Adobe and people getting illustrator training, myob training, microsoft outlook training these days. So, this could be very useful to know for people including me.

Hi Elisha

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away on holiday. From CS6 illustrator and After Effects play very well together and you can easily create After Effects shapes from illustrator paths!

Shape layers in After Effects are essential to learn for motion graphics and are very useful. Of course, how you use them and how the final version looks will always be dependent on your own design capabilites. But that said, once you've mastered shape layers you will be able to do a great deal of fun and cool animations.

Hope this helps
Andrew

I was triyng to post here another post (about an illustration to a song I made after I was inspired by this tutorial), but it was lost.

Someone messed things up here.

This is done through a change to your keyframes called 'easing,' which causes the keyframes to change their default behaviour to give much more realistic and real world animation. As well as showing how to add easing to your animation, Andrew also introduces the graph editor to show how to change the values of eased keyframes.
