Hi Rich, great tutorial thanks.

You mention that it's possible to pull the speed value all the way down to 0% - a freeze frame, however the lowest I can drop mine too is 1%. If I physically input 0% into the remap dialogue box, my footage still moves, albeit at a very slow rate.

The method of creating a freeze frame seems incredibly convoluted in PPro, (I'm a new exile from FCP). Even the supposedly simplified method of creating the still then importing it is too many keystrokes/clicks for my liking... Any ideas why creating the freezeframe isn't just a simple 'right click on footage>create freeze frame>drag freeze frame to required length?

Thank you Richard, Great Tutorial, I just discover the two little transitions in Premiere when you do the marker what they suppose to do and great to combine with After Effects. Very helphul THANKYOU
