Chyron dived into social media and second screen solutions at NAB 2012, introducing the Engage platform, which integrates its BlueNet graphics with a variety of social interactions. Through a partnership with ConnecTV, Chyron now offers a powerful second screen application. Also new is Shout, Chyron's own standalone software application to integrate Twitter feeds into live broadcasts.

Broadcast Pix Empowers Live Video Production with New Tools
Broadcast Pix has come out with a one-two punch of new tools that enable live video broadcasters to do more for less. First came Mica, the company's new live video production system. Now, a few weeks later, Broadcast Pix has unveiled Voice-Automated Video Production (VOX), which eliminates the need for an operator during live productions.

Thousands of members of Creative COW were at the 2011 NAB Show, and we are pleased to bring you some of their reports.
