Sure, just adjust the opacity graph to go to zero over time and time up the particles so they die as they get to the bottom of the screen.

Thanks for the reply! Referring again to the zip archive I attached, I was wondering if you could help me with another issue. The current comp runs for about 10 seconds. I need to extend the comp to run for the duration of the musical selection I am using it with (00:05:12:15). I have gone into the comp settings for the leaves comp and increased the duration, and I have also increased the duration of the leavesComp comp, but it is still only running for 10 seconds. Suggestions?

Mike:

FANTASTIC tutorial! I plan on utilizing it for the menu system on a wedding DVD I am currently putting together. However, I am a complete rookie in terms of Encore and After Effects. I have both CS5.5 and CS6 versions of these applications. My question is, how would I utilize your awesome transitions on the menu system for my DVD. I really don't understand how this all ties together. I also have a similar question regarding the .zip I attached. I want to use this on my main menu as a loop, if you will, that will continue for the length of an audio track and then restart. This particular setup is from an older version of AE using an older version of TrapCode and doesn't have much realism to it. Also, these leaves don't have a vanish point, and I would like them to sort of fade away off the bottom of the screen, even though that isn't realistic either. Any and all help you can provide is much appreciated! I am doing this all as a favor for my brother, who was just recently married.

Regards,
Jared Snyder
